Can my child join the team without competing in the dual meets?No. We are a competitive swim team and all members are expected to compete in all meets.

How can parents help?Our team relies on parent volunteers to help run meets. Please make every effort to help out with as many meets as your schedule allows. Volunteering at meets is a great way to meet other parents on the team and see your kids swim up close. The coaches appreciate any assistance offered.

What if my child needs a ride to the meet?We encourage parents to arrange car pools. However, limited transportation is provided.

What should swimmers wear to practice and meets?All swimmers are required to wear competitive swim suits, caps and goggles that fit. Team suits are available, but are not mandatory.

Where can I buy competitive swim gear?K & B Sportswear, 154 Main Street, Northborough, MA is the team vendor and offers a decent selection of competitive swim equipment. There are also a number of on-line stores that offer competitive swim gear.

What can I expect at a meet?Summer swim meets typically run about 120 minutes long. Swimmers should bring two towels and clothing to keep warm between events.

How will I know what events my child will swim in a meet?Events are posted 30 minutes prior to start of meet. Each swimmer will swim in two individual events and possibly one relay.
